i had to show off these jeans...  i've been dying stuff like crazy.  tie dye, dip dye and now stripe dye.  it's the best way to revamp without buying anything (well accept for the dye i guess).  i don't think i will ever get over cutting, shredding, ripping and dying stuff...  it's just too fun

these jeans started off like this and then this and now they are the underwater fantasy you see before you.  i feel like a hand painted george melies fantastical character... see....

oohh, just so you know, i wasn't trying to be all sexy wet hair grrl in this post... it was raining when we took these.  we took refuge in this little nook and i decided to shed my wet faux fur jacket and take some piccies while the rain slowed down.

in high school i often tied a ribbon or cord around my neck.  it is simple and i love chokers.  might be bringing it back in a big way.

reminds me of this story from this book.  it was a favorite of mine as a lil grrl.  i told it on a date when i was wearing a ribbon around my neck... that didn't go over so well...
