favorite food - right now it's a tie between thai and vietnamese

favorite dish - noodles!

favorite dessert - none, would rather have seconds

addictions - lip balm, thrifting and coffee

closet must haves - basic tees, black skinnies, leather jacket, black leather boots and comfy chones... secondary must haves; oversized scarves, a comfy (non itchy) black beanie and a bikini

best find - chloe docs

best vintage find - my trench.  it's perfect.  like it was tailored for me. navy.  $10. salvation army.  i don't wear it often, but when i finally grow up it'll be there in my closet in all it's perfectness.

dream find - ann d triple lace boots.  t h e y a r e p e r f e c t.

favorite shoes - jeffrey campbell gene boots and my chloe docs

favorite places to shop - online(ebay for designer/brands/rare and etsy for vintage/independent designers), goodwill and a handful of other thriftstores.  i also lust after things on other sites like oaknyc, ssence or opening ceremony.  but often enough i find their vintage/independently handmade cousins :)

three random facts about you unrelated to fashion - i cook A LOT.  i am NOT a morning person.  i try to be as green as i can be.

fashion mantra - no rules, comfortable and be me

something you did today - dip dyed clothing and made lentil burritos yummmm

favorite movies - 5th element, dracula, man on wire, rise of the lycans, edward scissorhands, the fantastic mr fox and my new favorite the girl with the dragon tattoo

favorite bands - too many to name them all... but i will say that sabbath was the first band i fell in love with, at age 10 :)
and i'm listening to ani difranco right now.

status - divorced.  not kidding.

dream - to go to paris

ok, i took out the favorite blogs question, but i think i'll have to take an entire post for that one.

all that said, i am a odd cookie and all this might be different in a month. cept for my favorite color and going to paris :)

i can tell that we're going to be friends...

i was told i look like axl rose when i wear headbands like this. i think that is funny. i wasn't going for the axel look, but i do love it, whatever you want to call it. it kind of serves as a head covering... or shall i say hair covering. you know those days. well, that is like everyday for me... i'm just not a high maintenance or shall i say beyond two minute maintenance kind of grrl. i think i need to make a couple in velvet.... ok, now the search is on for stretchy velvet...

the bf brought home some fresh ciabatta so i grilled it on my cast iron skillet (which by the way, i totally adore) with some olive oil and topped it with smoked mozzarella, roma tomatoes and a pinch of sea salt... yummmmmmm... quick and yummy. this is what i eat when i want something not so healthy, haha...

random... i cook at least two meals a day... often three...
i prefer a second serving to dessert most of the time...

lately, i seem to walk as though i have wings

kinda blah day.. stayed in organizing. these were taken this weekend. still very much so enjoying the weather... i want thai right now... and to drive aimlessly...

i've had this blouse for a while and finally wore it... it's funny how when you are younger you have to wear something as soon as you buy it.... now things kinda sit around in my closet until they make friends with other things in my closet... then i put on the other things and i hear them calling.... "wear her.... she wants to get out..."
